As an important organization promoting the development of the local paper industry, the Paper Industry Association of Sishui County has a scientifically and reasonably designed organizational structure, aiming to efficiently coordinate industry resources and facilitate exchanges and cooperation among member enterprises. The association has multiple departments under it, each performing its own duties and jointly promoting the sustained and healthy development of the paper industry.

I. General Meeting of Members

The general meeting of members is the power body of the association and is composed of all members. It is held regularly every year to review the work report and financial report of the association, decide on major matters of the association, and elect the council, etc. The convening of the members' general meeting ensures the democracy and transparency of the association's decision-making.

Ii. Council

The council is the executive body of the General Assembly and is responsible for the daily work of the association during the intervals between the sessions of the General Assembly. The council members are elected by the general assembly of members, including the chairperson, vice-chairpersons and several council members. The council holds regular meetings to study the association's work, formulate development plans, and coordinate the resolution of major issues in the industry.

Iii. Secretariat

The Secretariat is the standing administrative body of the association, responsible for implementing the resolutions of the council and handling the daily affairs of the association. The Secretariat has several departments under it, including the Office, the Member Services Department, the Information and Publicity Department, the Technical Exchange Department, etc. All departments work closely together to ensure the smooth progress of all the association's work.

Iv. Professional Committees

In light of the characteristics and development needs of the paper industry, the association has established multiple professional committees, such as the Raw Material Procurement Committee, the Marketing Committee, and the Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Committee. The professional committee is composed of experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from relevant fields within the industry. It is responsible for studying the development trends of the industry, putting forward policy suggestions, and promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading.

V. Supervisory Board

The supervisory board is the supervisory body of the association, responsible for supervising the association's financial activities and the implementation of its work to ensure that the association operates in accordance with laws and regulations. Members of the supervisory board are elected by the members' assembly and are accountable to the members' assembly.
