At 9:00 a.m. on April 14, 2025, the founding conference of the Paper Industry Association of Sishui County was grandly held at the Talent Station on the third floor of the Shangdongli Industrial Park in our county. This conference brought together relevant county-level leaders, the main person in charge of the county's industry and information technology bureau, and representatives from 16 paper-related enterprises such as Xingrong Industry and Trade, Jinyangguang, and Jinchengda, totaling about 40 people. Together, they witnessed an important milestone in the development of the paper industry in Sishui County.

The first stage of the conference was presided over by Li Xinqing, the general manager of Jining Zhongzhang Paper Industry Co., LTD. Zhu Mingzhe, the chairman of Jinchengda Paper Industry, first read out the approval on agreeing to be the business supervisory unit of Sishui County Paper Industry Association, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of the association. Subsequently, General Manager Li Xinqing delivered a report on the preparatory work, elaborating in detail on the arduous journey and various preparatory tasks of the association from its preparation to its upcoming establishment. The conference also read out the draft of the "Charter of Sishui County Paper Industry Association" in sequence, passed the draft of the "Election Method", and successfully elected the president, honorary president, executive vice president, vice president, supervisor and secretary-general of the association. Finally, Zhang Yue, the chairman of Fangwei Paper Industry, read out the list of elected members of the Sishui County Paper Industry Association, marking the official completion of the association's leadership team.

In the second stage, it was presided over by Zhang Lei, the director of the Development and Reform Department of the County Economic Development Zone. The county leaders and Xu Jing, the director of the County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, jointly unveiled the plaque for the Paper Industry Association of Sishui County. The atmosphere at the scene was lively and the applause was thunderous. Wang Dakun, the newly elected president of the association, delivered his inaugural speech. He stated that he would lead the association to actively play the role of a bridge and link, promote exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, and contribute to the healthy and rapid development of the paper industry in Sishui County. The county leaders also congratulated the establishment of the association in their speeches, put forward expectations and requirements for future work, and encouraged the association to contribute to the economic development of Sishui County.

After the conference, all the association members took a group photo in front of the building, leaving a precious record for this event of profound significance. The establishment of the Paper Industry Association of Sishui County will help integrate industry resources, enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry, and promote the paper industry of Sishui County to a new stage of development.
